Aferin
Kullanım Koşulları
Aferin'i indirip kullanmakla bu koşulları kabul edersin. Uygulama İbrahim Melikşah Köse tarafından sunulur.
1. Hizmet
Aferin, seçtiğin görev tamamlanmadan susmayan bir alarm uygulamasıdır. Alarmın çalması işletim sistemi izinlerine (iOS 26 AlarmKit yetkisi; Android tam saatinde alarm ve tam ekran izinleri), cihazın pil ayarlarına ve ses düzeyine bağlıdır. Alarmı kritik bir yükümlülük için tek güvence olarak kullanma; uygulamanın çalışmaması nedeniyle doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
2. Hesap
Hesap isteğe bağlıdır. Hesap açarsan e-posta adresin doğru olmalı ve giriş kodlarını kimseyle paylaşmamalısın. Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsin.
3. Aferin Pro — abonelik ve tek seferlik satın alma
Aferin Pro, yıllık ya da haftalık otomatik yenilenen abonelik veya tek seferlik ömür boyu satın alma olarak sunulur. Fiyatlar satın alma sırasında App Store / Google Play tarafından gösterilir ve ülkeye göre değişir. Ücretsiz deneme sunulan planlarda deneme bitmeden iptal edersen ücret alınmaz. Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı fiyattan yenilenir. İptal ve yönetim App Store / Google Play hesabından yapılır; iadeler mağazanın kurallarına tabidir. Satın alma hakkı mağaza hesabına bağlıdır ve aynı mağaza hesabının kullandığı cihazlarda geri yüklenebilir.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmek, sunucularımıza zarar vermek, başkasının hesabını kullanmak yasaktır.
5. İçerik
Kur'an Arapça metni Tanzil Projesi'nden (CC BY 3.0) alınmıştır. Anlam özetleri ve okunuşlar bizim yazımımızdır ve resmî meal değildir. Kelime listeleri bizim içeriğimizdir. Kendi eklediğin kelime listeleri sana aittir ve yalnız sana gösterilir.
6. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, kullanımdan doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz; toplam sorumluluğumuz son 12 ayda ödediğin bedeli aşmaz.
7. Değişiklik ve iletişim
Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur. Sorular: aferin@melberlabs.com. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır.

1. Service
Aferin is an alarm clock that does not stop until the mission you chose is completed. Whether the alarm rings depends on operating-system permissions (iOS 26 AlarmKit authorisation; Android exact-alarm and full-screen permissions), battery settings and volume. Do not rely on the app as the sole safeguard for a critical obligation; we are not liable for indirect damages caused by the app not ringing.
2. Account
An account is optional. If you create one, your e-mail must be accurate and you must not share sign-in codes. You can delete the account in the app at any time.
3. Aferin Pro — subscriptions and one-time purchase
Aferin Pro is offered as a yearly or weekly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown by the App Store / Google Play at purchase and vary by country. Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends. The subscription renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage and cancel in your App Store / Google Play account; refunds follow the store's rules. Purchases are tied to your store account and can be restored on devices using the same store account.
4. Acceptable use
Reverse engineering, harming our servers or using someone else's account is prohibited.
5. Content
The Arabic Quran text comes from the Tanzil Project (CC BY 3.0). Short meanings and transliterations are our own and are not an official translation. Word lists are our content. Word lists you add belong to you and are shown only to you.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability does not exceed what you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Changes and contact
